It does what it promises! It greatly relieves joint pain and swelling, as well as bruises. It soothes the skin from irritations.

As an anti-inflammatory, it didn't work well for me. But it's nice as a cream to soften hands and feet or for bruises.

(+) Cute packaging, pleasant and soft scent, not greasy at all, spreads easily on the body, absorbs exceptionally well, doesn't burn at all. It can be used by the whole family, even children, without any discomfort because, for example, it "burns" or "smells" bad.
(-) Moderate results in relieving pain, lasts only half an hour to 45 minutes after use. Then you have to apply it again. I don't have an opinion on its effectiveness on bruises or stains where arnica is traditionally applied with very good results.

Summary:
I would buy it again because it is something different from the classic heating creams or cold therapy gel-creams and can be used by the whole family without any worries.

As a cream, it is good and moisturizing. I didn't see any difference on the hand that was hurting, so I do not recommend it for pain relief. (I recommend Mesulid gel, which helped with the pain in my hand). However, it is very good for dry skin and it also heals areas with blisters, like the one I had on my foot, and it helped me quite well

Very very good especially in areas where you cannot apply heating or cooling creams.... I highly recommend it with 1000!!!
