Insufficient battery. Difficult to use. Heats up quickly. Freezes during internet use. Constantly needs speed improvement of the device.
I've had it for about a month, I have issues with the signal where I talk, it shuts off by itself, I don't know if it's the phone or the WiFi connection, but I expected better call quality over WiFi. The camera and speed I think are okay for the price.
Former owner of the Redmi Note 11C. The phone is phases superior. The sound is much louder, photos and videos are quite decent, the screen and speed are sufficient for an average user. The package included a charger, silicone case, and screen protector which means no extra money is needed, and for this habit of Xiaomi, a big thumbs up. The battery is related to the software which I hope will improve. Overall, it is a value-for-money phone for an average user.
