For everyday use (hands-free mobile), they were not helpful at all. (Maybe they are good for the gym or for running)
-The battery doesn't last as long as it promises. (If you use it to have it with you all day, it doesn't hold)
-The position on the neck is a joke (I don't even know why it's categorized as a neckband. They are more like earphones to constantly have on your ears. They sit on the neck very awkwardly.
-It charges with its own special charger (so you can't charge it wherever you want - at work, etc.)
