Very hard shoe and very narrow. Definitely get half to one size larger. Also, if you are used to classic sneakers or athletic shoes, your foot will have to adjust to this specific shoe, which is as hard as patent leather. It is not for everyday use under any circumstances. Even for powerlifting, which they are intended for, personally they give me difficulty because they hit me in various parts of the sole and instead of focusing on the set, I have the shoe discomfort in my mind. I hope I will get used to them over time. Otherwise, they are nice, sturdy, and seem to have good construction quality.
