Awesome shoes for weight training, ideal for deadlifts, squats, and overall good support for the foot. Of course, they are not designed for aerobic exercises or jumping rope, where the philosophy of training is opposite.

I bought them for myself and my brother, I recommend you to get them.

Use in the gym. After years of wearing classic flat shoes like Converse, I switched to these. They feel very stable and are somewhat harder than my previous ones. In my opinion, they are worth it.
