Critical Whey uses a blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and hydrolyzed whey protein. The taste is good and full (I mix it with milk) but very sweet. If you are not a sweet person, it will bother you. The texture is creamy and pleasant. Other than that, it is a complete protein and costs less than competitors offering the same.

    I have tried the chocolate milkshake and cookies and cream. The chocolate is somewhat rich and sweet, but the cookies and cream is perfect. You feel it like the dessert of the day, just enough.
