After one year, the washing machine broke down, it not only doesn't have any salt, but it also cleans. This product is not Greek and that's why it does its job perfectly.

Unfortunately, the water remains almost the same hardness after adding this water softening device. I have been testing the product for 3 months. I would not recommend it. It is better to spend more money (considerably more) on a resin-based water softener.

After about half a year of use, I can say that it was not a good purchase! It barely breaks down the salts, they continue to accumulate in faucets, kettles, etc., and finally, it does not "carry away" the accumulated salts that were there. If it cost 30 euros, I would recommend it.
