It does what it's supposed to during intense training periods.
I take a dose after my workout and it helps me.
My workouts consist of cycling, trail running, and weightlifting, so in combination with a relatively good diet, this supplement helps me.
They say to take 2 doses, and even more before bed... if someone is a vegetarian, it's understandable, but the rest don't need excessive doses.
Our diet is the foundation, not supplements.
The price could have been better or they could have included more quantity.
