Most of us who already managed after the first trials to smoke "properly" - as if we were movie stars - have certainly become smokers and now need to make an effort to quit. It is indeed irrational, on one hand, we make an effort to learn to smoke "correctly" and with style, and a few years later, we try hard to unlearn it. And here lies the mistake - our erroneous approach to the problem that concerns us.
The good news is that we don't need to unlearn anything, just to get into the process of remembering our original state, our nature. The smoking cessation you attempted in the past was nothing more than a "cessation" literally, it had a beginning and an end and did not last long. As much as it seems that daily and for decades your enemy wins most of the battles and not you, I am sure that within you lies an entire arsenal to combat it.
