The automatic flush controller works together with the "Grand-forest" booster pump with a capacity of 50 GPD (190 liters/day max) to improve the performance of the RO system.

During each startup, the controller will flush the system for 30 seconds to reduce TDS Creep.

TDS Creep is the result of the RO membrane processing water at low water pressure. This occurs every time the RODI system starts, as it takes a little time for water pressure to build up in the system.

At very low pressure, the RO membrane does not function effectively, and the produced water will have a high TDS content. By flushing the system at startup, it allows this high TDS water to be flushed out.

Reducing TDS Creep not only provides you with better water at startup but also helps extend the life of your DI cartridge by not pushing this high TDS water through the filter every time you make water.

Once you have completed water production, the Auto Flush Controller automatically flushes the system to prevent RO membrane scaling.
