I bought the product a month ago. It was delivered to me damaged and scratched. I sent an email to the company, asking them if the defect affects its functionality, just so I know if there's any risk. We exchanged about ten emails, begging them to tell me if their product can be used, but they refuse to answer this simple question (I have attached photos for them to see, of course).

So stay away from this company, 0 customer service if you need anything. The product itself is not of good quality anyway, and obviously that's why it easily breaks. It's better to get a higher quality product with better after-sales service from another company.

EDIT: At some point, after some time, I received a second pan without any prior notification. Maybe they actually read the reviews. I'm adding one star for the after-sales service
