  A test was done with a Baseus 100w charger to charge a Baseus powerbank 65W. It seems that the cable reaches a maximum of 31.5w at 19.6v - 1.6A. It is possible that at 10v it would reach 3.5-4A to get the 40W. Either way, satisfied with the small cable that you can carry with the powerbank.
