    Verified purchase from Techstores

I connected it to a Thunderbolt 4 port on a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro model 14IAH7 laptop with Windows 11 Home.
In the positives. The hub works great and has a good, high-quality construction with an aluminum casing and modern lighting when connected to the laptop. It is a mini Docking-Station, and all the ports are very useful on the desk. I simultaneously connected two external Western Digital USB-A 2.5-inch hard drives to it, without an extra power supply for the hub. And both of them work at the same time, powered by the laptop's USB-C port (without connecting another external power supply to the hub). This is important because when I tried another hub, the "HooToo 5-in-1 USB-C Hub 3x USB3.0 + SD Card Reader + 100W PD Charging" that I also bought, only one hard drive worked on it. But not both hard drives simultaneously. It is also very positive that its three USB-A ports are 3.1 (and not 3.0 like in most other hubs). Also, I should add that the data transfer between two connected drives on it is very fast.
In the negatives. It is a bit heavy compared to other hubs. However, this is due to its good, aluminum (not plastic) construction quality. So I do not consider it a significant disadvantage. Also, the HDMI port is ver. 1.4 and supports 4K, but only at 30Hz. Therefore, it does not support the more modern HDMI connections, e.g., at 60Hz. However, I bought it to connect multiple USB-A external drives, and it serves me perfectly. So I do not consider this a significant disadvantage either.
Overall, I highly recommend it as a very good purchase. And not just as a simple USB hub. It can easily play the role of a mini Docking-Station for the laptop at a low price. The title "USB hub" does it injustice!!! "Mini Docking Station" is more representative of it. So the value-for-money is excellent.
