Known quality of Ringke, fits perfectly on the device, incredible texture, and doesn't get dirty at all, you forget the permanent problem (called fingerprints etc) of a glossy case! The only let's say negative is that the corners are a bit sharp (although not as much as in others), but this is a general characteristic of the device, which however makes the difference and gives it prestige.
