It is what it says. Nothing more, nothing less. The case is extremely durable, overall sturdy construction, and the sound is satisfactory. I recommend it for someone who wants to start a home studio!

I preferred it over the AKG P120 and AT-2020 because it has a much richer sound. Specifically, it has a more modern sound, its highs are "sandy", crystalline, and warm, while other microphones in the same price range lose out in their "unnaturalness".

With a focusrite sound card and a controlled acoustic room, I have almost zero self-noise, truly "empty"! However, I must mention that some acoustic treatment will be needed due to the range covered by the diaphragm and its sensitivity.

For me and many others, it is one of the few serious tools from Behringer, and its most historic microphone (look up its history).

Excellent for its price! Possibly one of the few and best value for money microphones for home studio and stage use. I have been using it for a year now and the recordings I have made stand out significantly compared to other microphones of the same kind that are available at this price range
