  The first day I bought it, even 2 hours was not enough for a full charge. I definitely think it is a defective product. I hope your return conditions are related to customer satisfaction.

  I received the scooter today. I assembled it and it was very easy to put together with a screwdriver and 4 screws. It also includes instructions on how to assemble it. The scooter is a bit heavy when carrying it, but it is manageable. It reaches a speed of 30 mph on straight roads. When I received it, the battery was partially charged, but you should fully charge it when you first get it. It comes with a charger and was well packaged when it arrived. Lastly, I don't know how long the battery lasts, but it didn't run out quickly during my use. If there are any changes, I will write again. For me, it is perfect

  If I wanted something so ineffective, I would go back to my ex. Initially, I returned the scooter because it was defective and the battery didn't even last 5 kilometers. They sent it back well repaired. In short, they sent it back full of scratches and with pieces missing. They don't accept returns because it's used. I have to charge it every day because the battery doesn't hold. Better to get something else even if it's more expensive

  Guys, it's not worth it, don't buy it. Seriously. I've had the scooter for about 4 days and I've found many flaws. Firstly, the battery barely lasts 14 km, not 25 as it claims. Secondly, you can't connect it via bluetooth, so it's very dangerous to be stolen. Also, due to the battery, the scooter lacks power at the start. Finally, they are such liars that the manual says 120 kg while the site says 200 kg. In conclusion, better get a xiaomi which is a safer choice

  Good evening to anyone who sees this. Although the scooter seems to have many good features, it has proven to be a big disappointment. We got this particular scooter in white color and because we wanted it for everyday use and city commuting, we thought that its total weight capacity of 200 kilograms is a lie. Just the fact that my partner and I, who together weigh less than that, can't make the scooter move is ridiculous. The battery gets drained in less than a day and as another comment above with two stars mentioned, it doesn't go uphill at all, only if you are a girl weighing 60-70 kilograms, but on a very small incline, otherwise you won't go anywhere, only by walking. Anyways, through the app, you can set the scooter to go up to 60 kilometers per hour, so that's quite good. Finally, it should be noted that I paid almost 300€ instead of the current price of 250€, and I have to say that it's not worth the 300€ price tag, but maybe 150€ at most. I hope I helped

  It does not climb the slightest incline, the speed of the gas is max 25 km/h. It reaches 30 downhill so they are partly telling the half truth. If you want something economical AND LIVE IN A FLAT AREA WITH VERY SMALL INCLINES this scooter MAY be for you, otherwise don't even bother.
