It dissolves very easily and the taste - at least for me - is better than others I have tried - not too sweet, that is.
From effectiveness no one knows like for all vitamins. Taste like sugary water no relation with orange and grape. I did not notice any side effects I hope they have vitamin C inside.
The point is to get the job done, not the taste. If I want taste, I'll get an orangeade and drink it. I don't know if it does what it promises, but it's cheaper than others.

Good evening everyone. I will also write my experience with this specific vitamin. I used it intensively during the winters of 2021 and 2022, and I can say that I did not catch a cold at all. In recent years, I bought Lanes. I didn't consume it every day to be fair. Nevertheless, I still got sick. I was disappointed, but as I mentioned before, it was my fault too. What bothered me about Lanes was the extremely strong taste. It bothered my stomach somewhere. It felt heavy. So, I decided to switch brands and bought Health Aid. I don't know if it ultimately does anything in terms of boosting the body, but it won me over in terms of taste. It has a mild taste, a gentle color, and when you consume it, it leaves no residue in the glass. It doesn't clog and it doesn't feel heavy. It is easily consumed, like drinking water. In a few seconds, it is ready and it does not contain aspartame and gluten. Fully healthy. I highly recommend it.

No one knows about effectiveness, just like for all vitamins. But in terms of taste, it is very mediocre for me. Not intense at all and almost indifferent taste. No comparison to Lanes...

I preferred this specific vitamin because it is one of the few on the market that does not contain aspartame and various other substances... The TASTE, and I emphasize this because I read various comments, is great, like drinking a non-carbonated orange soda, like you can see in the photo, it dissolves immediately without leaving anything behind compared to another brand I had tried... I bought it as a precaution without having anything specific for dietary supplementation... I recommend it!
