The unique oval shape offers efficiency and flexibility in your cooking. The two separate cooking zones provided by the design offer control during cooking of foods that require different temperatures and positions on the grill. It allows for airflow inside the grill, maintaining and distributing heat for indirect or long cooking. The equal distribution of heat achieved with the oval shape will cook all meat pieces uniformly regardless of whether they are in the center or on the edges of the grill. Additionally, its shape is ideal for grilling many different types of food. This way, you can comfortably handle many different types of meat simultaneously without risking burning any of them.

Use direct and indirect cooking zones to grill meat on the direct side, while grilling tender foods like seafood and vegetables on the indirect side.

The natural materials that make up the ceramic are safe for cooking and ensure perfect cooking every time. It lights up easily and is ready to grill in just 20 minutes. Additionally, the ceramic material in the bowl and lid guarantees high temperatures up to 454°C, while indirect grilling temperatures start at 66°C.

Its sturdy construction does not allow for any loss of heat or moisture as the heat is retained inside the grill for a long time, keeping the temperature stable. At the same time, thanks to excellent heat retention, less fuel is required, saving you money and time.

With a surface area of 1,935cm², the grill, measuring 56X38cm, has the ability to cook up to 8 steaks, or 12 burgers, or 6 chickens, or even a whole turkey.

The cooking surface expands with a single movement, adding the additional grate that increases the capacity of your grill to 3,193cm² and can also be used for cooking your sides.

The large and clear thermometer with calibration capability is placed on the lid. So you can be sure that the temperature you see is always accurate, while maintaining control over the cooking process by monitoring the progress of the food you are handling throughout the cooking.

The Primo ceramic grill can be used as a device for:

• Grilling & Searing: the surface of the food is cooked at a high temperature until a crispy crust is formed. Use this option for grilling meat on the grill, such as steaks, chicken breasts, or any food that benefits from direct cooking over charcoal.
• Grilling & Roasting: oven option, the hot air covers the food evenly from all sides with temperatures of at least 150 °C, resulting in browning and caramelization. Use direct and indirect cooking zones to grill the meat on the direct side, while cooking tender foods such as seafood and vegetables on the indirect side.
• Baking, Roasting & Smoking: Use this option for indirect cooking, such as baking or smoking. Cook at low to moderate temperatures to bake pizza or smoke meat.
