They do their job. Just make sure to take breaks so that your body doesn't get too used to them and then they won't work.

I have been using it for years and it probably helps a little with menopausal hot flashes. When I stop taking it, I think I feel worse. I also chose it because of the vitamins and calcium it contains. However, I don't know if there is a product that is truly effective for hot flashes.
