Get it if you find it. Much better than the ampoules, softer nozzle for the baby's nose and you get a large reservoir that you fill with 2 or 4 ml each time you want to do nasal washes. It also works for adults as it can hold up to 10ml.

I have been looking for it for a long time because I know its effectiveness and as soon as I found it in this specific pharmacy, I ordered it yesterday and it arrived this morning... immediate service and very good packaging!
