  I bought it because my previous vacuum cleaner was black n decker and I was very satisfied. Firstly, it was not very powerful. It made a lot of noise without being correspondingly strong in suction. Secondly, it was quite heavy and tiring. Thirdly, it was quite short, so I had to bend down more. Fourthly, it opened easily and everything spilled out. Fifthly, it lasted for 6 months, one day it didn't turn on, so I sent it to the service center and it couldn't be fixed, so they sent me a replacement. Luckily, because it was a bad vacuum cleaner. I will buy black n decker again, but not the same one (definitely not).

  I did not give it 5 stars because with continuous use (over three to four minutes), it strains the wrist due to vibrations. I have changed the on-off switch twice within the warranty period. When you turn it on, it gets stuck and doesn't turn off... It costs 15€ because the whole drum needs to be replaced. Now, if it breaks, I will have to pay for it.
  25/02/2024: Suddenly, it started working for a few minutes and then turned off by itself until the minutes became seconds. The service told me it was the motor and batteries, which of course is not worth repairing, so I threw it away. It lasted me less than five years in total. We use them a lot at my workplace, where we also encounter several issues, so I am sure it wasn't just a faulty model that happened to me. I would not buy it again
