Excellent in everything, especially at this price there is no equivalent (purchased for €182.74 on 15/06/2024),
but it requires adjustment to make the hotspot work, find the APNs or Access Point Names and delete all of them except the one you are using + restart.
For example, I have Vodafone, so I only left VF Internet with the APN internet.vodafone.gr. I didn't remove a star for this because it might be Vodafone's fault, I know someone else who had no such issue with Cosmote.
Lastly, it has received the upgrade to Android 14, which is very positive + the fact that it doesn't force you to have certain apps without root (Xiaomi, this is for you).
The mobile is very good. Fast and with clean android.
I ordered the power edition but I received the regular one. I contacted the company and it seems to be a mistake of the business.
I did not proceed with the replacement process as the only difference is the +1000mah battery and because it is for a child who does not want to wait, especially during holiday periods as the person in charge told me and it may be delayed.
The battery I would say is terrible. It definitely doesn't last for 6,000mAh. Unless of course, the operating system or the phone itself consumes too much. Quite fast, good screen, good camera but it should be cheaper.
Beautiful phone with clean Android, not like Xiaomi which are full of nonsense and ads.
Fast without any glitches so far.
Satisfactory camera for its price category.
Strong stereo speaker but it gets a bit muffled at maximum volume.
Strong and clear sound during calls.
Regarding connectivity, I didn't see any issues that other users mention below.
Good screen for its category and very bright.
Now, the battery.
For 6000mAh, it doesn't perform well.
I've had the phone for 2 days.
With the first full charge, it lasted a day and in the evening it was at 20%. In the morning, it had shut down.
I expected it to last much longer with one charge.
I will see how it behaves in the coming days, as maybe the upgrades it was going through were the cause, one after the other, and I will come back.
I wouldn't say it's worth the money. It's fast, doesn't lag at all, has a great battery, the screen resolution is impeccable but it doesn't have connectivity with anything. It doesn't cast to any screen, doesn't connect to smart watches, and the Bluetooth has gaps. The camera is very mediocre, it needs settings to make the photos decent at best. Overall, for the price of 190€, it doesn't offer what a Samsung or Xiaomi does. I wouldn't choose it again.
12 GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, for me who uses the phone for work, is a decisive factor in choosing it. It is generally very fast, with a fairly good image quality (photos and videos). Perhaps the only thing I have to criticize is that it does not upgrade (at least for now) beyond Android 13 (which is the default).
The most value for money. I did research for several months until I settled on the G54.
Camera-photo quality is great, especially in the Pro mode of the camera, where the user can adjust ISO, contrast, etc.
I expected the battery to be a little better for 6000 mAh, with Bluetooth off, without playing games, just with an Insta it lasts 2 days (reaches 10%).
In the positives, the device also comes with a silicone case.
In the negatives, the package does not include a charger.
*update 21/05/24
Today there was an upgrade to Android 14.
*update 31/05/24
With 20% battery in the evening before I go to sleep, in the morning the phone had turned off and of course the alarm did not go off.
Excellent battery, nice screen, good quality. The only thing I don't like is that I have the impression that the three navigation "buttons" at the bottom of the screen sometimes have slow response.
The mobile phone is value for money especially the version with 12gb ram does not lag, the battery easily lasts 1 and a half day for the use I make very good processor I have not tried it with heavy games but in applications it does not lag. Another reason is because it has pure Android. The camera for photographers is satisfactory for video it lags a little but ok. The speaker has Dolby could be louder but it has clear sound.
I have had the phone for a month now. The screen resolution is amazing, vibrant colors and very fast response. The sound is clear and strong, photos are quite good, fast processor and battery that lasts easily 2 days. It's worth the money and more, I got it for 150 euros, with VAT exemption and some waiting. Basically, I don't think there is another phone at this price that offers so much. The only negative thing I found is that the hot spot doesn't work, but I believe they will fix it with the next software upgrade. In the package there was a cable and a silicone protective case, but I had to buy a charger for power charge, it charges in 2 hours. I highly recommend it
In 10 days it has frozen 3 times or if I have it on mute it rings normally. On the other hand, an Oppo that I have had for 3 years has not frozen once. And despite being 3 years old and cheaper in terms of money, it is better in terms of photos and connectivity, video calls. The batteries of the Motorola, even with 100000 milliampere, will only last half a day. And I assure you, I have knowledge, something I don't like and something that is not good about this specific phone, just avoid it
I have been using it for 3 months.. It has an issue with its speakers that get clogged when you switch from a phone call or video call to a video that is playing.. It's like the sound output remains in the previous phase (phone call) and doesn't want to come out of the media. Anyone who uses it will understand.. It also has a spatial sound and Dolby Atmos with a poor equalizer in general, which doesn't perform well when connected to a Bluetooth speaker (worse than a Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro that I have had for 5 years). When you speak in speakerphone mode and move away a bit, the person you're talking to can't hear you.. When you're listening to audio and place the phone on a table, for example, it's like some gesture is being activated (even though I have disabled all gestures) and the screen turns off or the sound lowers significantly.. This happens randomly, not consistently.. You have to lift it again to activate the sound normally.. The photos taken with it in auto mode are quite mediocre.. Its battery, even though it's 6,000mAh, doesn't give you the impression that it actually lasts that long.. After the first drop, the screen cracked at the bottom.. It still functions as before, but I believe it cracked too easily compared to the Xiaomi, which has fallen countless times - without a screen protector - and hasn't suffered any damage. On the positive side, it doesn't lag. Overall, I would consider it decent for 200 euros.
Purchased from a big chain. Except for the bluetooth, which has some issues, it is very good for its price. Lightweight software with not many pre-installed apps, clear screen, good photos during the day (don't expect much in the dark), clear sound, and a battery that at the end of the day I never saw below 54%... It has a large memory, plenty of storage space, and a very large battery. If these 3 things concern you, then you probably found your next mobile phone.
The mobile phone is very good for its price, it's worth it and more. It is very fast in use, it does not lag at all. You can easily play games. It does not heat up during use or charging. Its camera is quite satisfactory in photos and videos. Its battery is super lasting 1 1/2 days for sure, with heavy use (games, internet, camera use, calls). The only negative thing I noticed is its speaker, the call sound is not very clear but nothing major. One thing is for sure, it is a very good mobile phone and even though I was a little skeptical about Motorola
Guys, let's not fool ourselves. Best value for money. There is simply no competition at this price. It competes with 100 euro phones in terms of specifications. The only thing I noticed in the short time I have it is that with the hz at 120, the battery drains much faster than expected for a 6000. At 60, it is very good. I will come back later though. If you ask me, definitely
For 200 euros, it's very good. If someone wants better photos, they should spend over 1000 euros and get an iPhone. If someone wants better video, the same applies. If someone wants to become a cinematographer, they should get a SONY camera, etc. Simply put, this phone is a leader for its price
Update one and a half months after purchase. The features of 12Gb RAM, 256Gb capacity are not available in the market at this price. It also has 5G, NFC, fingerprint sensor, FM radio (although you need to download the app, but the hardware for the radio is there). My usage is mainly social in the evening, calls, a lot of Spotify, and some browsing, with a few photos here and there. If you add a free app killer like hibernate to prevent apps from draining the battery in the background, my battery lasts easily for 1.5 days. Maybe even 2 days. Of course, this depends on each person's usage. It doesn't come loaded with secondary apps like Redmi phones. If you want an app killer, cleaner, antivirus, you install them yourself. I also want to mention that it works perfectly with Bitdefender. It has great features for how notifications from messages look, shortcuts through gestures for quick photos, and much more. I think there is no better value for money on the market. I will come back after some time of use
I was an enthusiastic supporter of Motorola after I bought the g50 two and a half years ago and it still works today like the first day of purchase. The ultimate mobile value for money. I maintained the same impression with the g54 as its features and build quality left me speechless. It seemed like a 600 euro phone. However, when I got in the car and tried to listen to Spotify on Bluetooth, it was impossible because it kept disconnecting, even though I had no good signal anywhere and everyone complained that they couldn't hear me. I had to return it completely annoyed to the store where I bought it (a well-known chain) and now I'm back with the g50, which immediately connected to the car's Bluetooth and I can talk to everyone just fine, while the new one needs 7 days to be checked and replaced. I'm completely frustrated and if I get refunded the amount I paid, 230 euros, I will go to another company other than Xiaomi, which has disappointed me greatly in the past. The options for a good phone without spending a fortune are becoming increasingly scarce and annoying.
The mobile phone is great. Especially the memory it has in terms of RAM and internal storage is quite large to satisfy a user's needs. The phone takes really good photos. Don't even try to compare it to an iPhone. Different phones, different prices. I am quite satisfied with the mobile. It also has NFC, it's fast, and it doesn't lag. If someone is looking for these features, they will find them
The purchase was made in early February.
The biggest positive of the device is of course the battery. Lasts for 2 days.
Secondly, the pure Android.
Thirdly, the size.
There are negatives but considering the price, they are not worth mentioning.
At this price, there is no rival. At 170 euros without VAT, it is simply perfect, very fast, it doesn't freeze anywhere, and the battery easily lasts a whole day. The sound quality is very good. I don't play games, so I don't have an opinion on that. The photos are good during the day, but average at night, as well as the videos. It can take an SD card up to 1TB. I am very satisfied with my purchase
Excellent mobile phone!!!! I bought it for 200 euros and it is the best at this price.... simply there is no other phone at this price with this processor or a better one.... 12 GB RAM and 6000mAh battery... 120Hz screen and dual speakers with atmos.......... sound: very good...... screen: very good...... battery: also very good...... camera: quite good but could be better (unless I am doing something wrong, like in the settings)........... processor: the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 performs great in many applications and without any lag, and it also handles games very well.... after several hours of use with several open programs, I did not notice any lag or freezing (and this is what matters to me the most, not to freeze in heavy applications that I use)............ so: for those who do not want or cannot spend more than 200 euros on a smartphone and want it to be good, the solution is a............................................................MOTOROLA G54 12GB RAM/256GB ROM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise, for something similar in another brand or something better, you should go above 300 euros
I changed a redmi note 9 so the speed of g54 is 5 stars, it doesn't freeze on any application, good processor, good battery life, charges relatively fast, and overall the description is accurate.
I give it 5 stars because I don't care about the photos. If you care about taking good photos (just good), don't even think about buying it.
Excellent phone after the Motorola G5 Just a bomb, Excellent technical data, Pros: 6.000 mA battery, 12 GB RAM, 120 Hz screen, internal memory 256 GB processor, appearance. Very fast, a lot of memory. Simply excellent for the money. Thanks Motorola , keep it up.
