    Really one of the worst creams I have bought. I have sensitive skin and generally many products cause some kind of allergy or irritation. With this cream, however, I don't see any redness or pimples but it has a terrible burning sensation, it is very heavy and the best part... It doesn't come off at all. I washed my face, washed it again, finally cleaned it with soap and still felt the burning. It was recommended to me by a dermatologist, like most of the awful products I have tried, for oily skin that recently had acne. Overall, I consider La Roche to be a very mediocre company, I don't understand the hype.

    The worst moisturizer for acne that I have ever used by far. I have undergone acne treatment and occasionally just had a few pimples that I would treat with another brand. I decided to try this moisturizer because I had heard that it was good. Initially, I started breaking out again after such a long time, and it would burn so much when I applied it to the pimples, resulting in my skin becoming extremely irritated and having red marks that still haven't gone away. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but for my skin, it's definitely not worth it!

    It was recommended to me by the dermatologist after the Kerancnyl from Ducray, which I wanted to change because I didn't like it. I wanted a good moisturizer after the soap (same series) cleanser that cleans but dries out my face quite a bit. This cream is torture!! It stings quite a bit! I will not buy it again. It is quite strong and as a result, it peels off the skin in some areas. I will finish it, but probably using it every other day... Without having found the right moisturizer.

    I had not tried the old effaclar, but as soon as I tried this cream, the next day it already seemed that the acne marks had faded and my skin was well hydrated. I couldn't believe it. I will buy it again and again!
    A few words about my skin: I finished a treatment with isotretinoin 5 months ago and I no longer have active acne. But this cream definitely helps prevent it from reappearing.

    I don't understand the comments about the scent. The scent is neutral. For me, who has very oily acne-prone skin, with a tendency for breakouts at 45+, it is the best thing I have tried. And of course, I will continue to buy it from now on.

    This new formula is in no way the same as the previous one, as many saleswomen in different stores claim. Yes, I can hear it in terms of texture, but that's about it.

    While it is targeted for acne-prone skin, it leaves the skin oily and shiny, something that the duo plus did not do and has often resulted in breakouts.

    Maybe it works as a spot treatment, but it's something I'll have to test.

    Anyway, as others have said, it's a shame because just when you find a good moisturizer that does the job, you have to find another one.
