The PONOS ULTRA comes with a refreshed aesthetic design in 3 versions (TG4/MS4/ST) in either black or white color, so we have a total of 6 options. In summary, the difference between the versions is that the TG4 has a side panel and front panel with Tempered Glass, the TS version only has a side steel panel but with Tempered Glass or Mesh front panel, while the MS4 version, which we will analyze in today's video, has a side panel with Tempered Glass and a Mesh front panel.
Our company constantly surprises by upgrading its products with every detail, using high-quality materials and practical ideas, such as, for example, eliminating the standardized screw slots of the side panel and converting it into an opening and removable one at the same time!
Internally, you can place from mini ATX to E-ATX with 7 PCI slots, and the four (4) factory-installed ARGB 120mm fans stand out (three in the front and one in the back), which aesthetically match the color of the case. In general, it supports 120mm×3 or 140mm×3 in the front, 120mm×3 or 140mm×2 on top, 120mm×1 in the rear, 120mm×2 on the side (MB), and 120mm×2 on the bottom (top PSU cover). For air cooling, you can install up to 165mm (CPU Cooler Height), while for graphics cards, the maximum allowed length should not exceed 400mm (GPU length).
For hardcore users who want to install custom loop coolers, it is allowed with 280/360mm up to 30mm thickness on top, 280/360mm up to 30mm thickness in the front, 120/240mm up to 30mm thickness on the side (MB), and 120mm up to 30mm thickness in the rear.
At the bottom rear part, we have space for our power supply (PSU) with a maximum length of 235mm (ATX PSU length), while right next to it, there is a removable bracket for 2 3.5" or 2.5" storage drives. In this shelf (Slot), there are two more spaces for 2.5" storage drives with screws on the back of the motherboard (Mb). There is space for proper cable management, as the cables of the case come vertically to easily twist and connect them to their respective slots, passing through the existing cutouts.
At the front, the panel is perforated (Mesh) to be clearly protected from dust with a practical filter, allowing direct airflow into the system, through the pre-installed fans that come from the factory. Extra magnetic filters are also available on the side and bottom parts that house the power supply, and of course, on the top part, whenever we talk about complete dust protection.
Finally, the I/O panel is conveniently located on the top right and is equipped with a power button (On-Off), a reset button (Reset), two USB 3 ports, one USB-Type C 3.2 port, and an HD audio port.
The weight of the case is 6.9 kg with dimensions of 210×455×485 ([W×D×H]) made of SPCC 0.5/0.6mm steel material and with 4.0mm Tempered Glass, and it includes instructions as well as assembly screws for the hardware products.
Personally, the visual and aesthetic result of the white, and possibly the black, harmonizes well with our eyes, and I dare say that we have an amazing overall case in terms of practicality, beauty, and size that justifies the price of 100-105 euros in the Greek market! So if you want to build a new white or black build, I believe it is a tempting purchase proposition!
