    24g of protein, okay it's a bar so it's not something healthy, it has 200 ingredients like all of them, but this one causes incredible bloating and gas.

    Unsuitable for before or after training. It causes bloating and intense diarrhea 2 hours after consuming it. Yes, it has a good price, plenty of protein 24g, but unfortunately, it has a strong laxative effect. It's the first one that caused me this problem. I used to take it before the gym and barely made it home after the workout. Ridiculous situations...

    While the chocolate has perfect taste and is very satisfying for its price, it is the only one out of many I have tried that gives me incredibly bad gas in my stomach and intestines. Gurgling and rumbling for several hours shortly after consuming it
