The pizza pan from Patisse is shallow, without high walls. It provides better baking from the bottom, for a crispier result and less baking from the top. It is made of stainless steel, a material that makes it highly resistant to high temperatures. Stainless steel pans heat up quickly and can maintain the temperature for a longer time compared to aluminum pans. It has a non-stick coating to prevent food from sticking. To keep the coating intact, we advise you to let the pan cool before cleaning it and avoid using wire scrubbers. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
