On the positive side, it didn't cause any irritation even though I was a "beginner" in retinol (obviously because it contains a minimal amount of active ingredient). In conclusion, I would suggest you look somewhere else, especially for more intensive anti-aging.

The best and most effective cream of its kind! Personally, in order to use retinol, one should have a combination to oily skin. I do not recommend it for dry skin as it may cause side effects such as burning sensation, redness, itching, etc... unless it is combined with a suitable moisturizer, in order to avoid the unwanted.

I didn't see any difference on my face. Maybe it needs a boost from a serum before applying it. It didn't meet my expectations and the wrinkle next to my mouth is still happy to exist. And it shows. I didn't see anywhere if it works as a moisturizer or if I should wait for it to absorb and then apply moisturizer on top. I've done both and I can say that I feel it moisturizes on its own (I have combination skin). As for results, I haven't seen anything so far in the first month of use, but the reason I recommend it is because it is a very light product to test the resilience of your skin. It's also good to have realistic expectations regarding the speed of results. I plan on purchasing something stronger as my next product since this one didn't bring me any discomfort whatsoever.

I have combination skin prone to acne. Retinol requires caution in its use. Personally, I only use it every three nights because I am not willing to go through the peeling process. It is for over 35 and I am 28 so I can't know its effectiveness on more wrinkled skin but for my small marks on the crow's feet and expression lines on the forehead, it does a very good job. It immediately eliminates the marks from pimples but unfortunately does not shrink the pores. If it manages to do that, I would give it 5 stars.

And I don't understand why it loses points because of this, since serious products are not judged by smells. It really competes with expensive creams.
