Eee.. okay.. I eat what I used to eat, I do what I used to do., I haven't seen a difference., oh only that my urine has turned yellow haha., I don't think I will buy it again, I imagine the work was done. I imagine.. and you will tell me.. okay dude, it's a vitamin, what did you expect.. well, I was taking multivitamins that were., like they were kicking me in the gut when I needed them.. but.. customs has gone to heaven (import) and obviously they are quite a bit more expensive. I'm talking about whole food multivitamins :D

It is the best multivitamin I have tried, I saw immediate results in endurance and mood from the 2nd to 3rd day. If your urine comes out in a bright color, don't worry because your body is expelling the excess B6 (Riboflavin). As for the difficulty in swallowing, cut it in half with a knife and that's it. It offers so much that the issue of swallowing is the last thing we should be concerned about.

It is complete but very difficult to swallow and probably dangerous. While it seems to do the job, I will not take it again.

Having a Mediterranean anemia stigma, I often felt weak and down! I started taking this specific multivitamin and the difference is noticeable! Huge energy reserves, my mood improved, and my daily life changed in general! It worked very well for me, something I didn't expect to be honest! In the past, I had tried other multivitamins which did work, but not like these!

The worst thing about this multivitamin is for one reason only. I will not evaluate its effectiveness but its size and its outer casing, which makes swallowing not just difficult but dangerous in the literal sense of the term dangerous. Specifically, I had to cut them in half the few times I took them and still struggled to swallow them. One time I choked and almost suffocated, and I repeat with half the vitamin. I see people on the internet promoting it incredibly obviously at a loss.... I would like to emphasize that I have been using multivitamins for many years and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. Even with lamberts, which are quite large, I never had a problem swallowing them. For me, as exaggerated as it may sound, they should be immediately withdrawn from the market and reintroduced with a new size and outer casing

A TOP capsule among the best available in Europe in terms of nutrient content. It includes the entire complex of B vitamins. I highly recommend it. Always choose the box of 60 tablets as it is more economical!

The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because the capsule is large and difficult to swallow for many, including myself. You can easily break it apart and consume it, or simply grind it into a glass and add it to your juice. Just be careful to consume it immediately as it oxidizes quickly.

P.S. Don't worry if your urine is yellow as if you have consumed dye. It is perfectly normal!
