Description

For a long period, which has not yet ended, neocolonialism, the new form of economic, political, and cultural subjugation, continues to afflict the populations of the great continent. Even today, old colonial powers militarily intervene in countries where they dislike the developments or when their economic and general interests are affected. However, in reality, the arrogant European colonialism was defeated there, which kept a hopeful continent trapped in backwardness for centuries.

...Despite the difficulties, it is developing economically. Twelve countries already have exploitable oil. Agriculture and animal husbandry, despite the great pockets of poverty, can feed four times more inhabitants than in 1950, when the whole of Africa was immersed in misery. It has not yet exhausted its natural resources. On the contrary, cultivation is just beginning in this large and rich continent in many areas. For these reasons, many say that the 21st century will be the century of Africa.

Certainly, there are class, economic, national, cultural, and religious problems in every country. But there are also competitions between states, even armed and bloody, as in Europe and other parts of the world. However, Africa is moving forward. Unfortunately, Western media do not provide much information about the positive developments. They mainly transmit images of misery, destitution, and wretchedness, so that the European tormented by the current economic crisis thinks that, at least, we are still better off.
