For the money they cost, I have only good things to say. Instant connection, good sound and quality. They sit well in the ear with the smallest cushion... overall very satisfied so far, will come back for anything.
The headphones for this price are amazing. I think it's the most economical model of Anker, but the quality is more than satisfactory. The headphones connect immediately, never lose connection with the iPhone 14 plus I have, and the battery lasts for many hours. The sound in music is great, strong bass, and overall you can make more personal adjustments through the app. In speech, I hear perfectly, they have never given me any complaints so far... They fit well in the ears by choosing the right size from the three ear cushions. Even when I use them for running, they never fell out. They are durable as they have survived 3-4 falls, but they still work perfectly. Therefore, I highly recommend them for purchase due to the price and quality!

The sound in videos, etc. is great, the bass doesn't get distorted.
However, the sound during calls is 50% lower than when watching videos/music. In noisy environments, you can't hear well due to the low volume.

I will start with the positives right away and I will praise them for the battery that truly exceeds every expectation... I forget how many days they last, especially if you use them separately. At least 15 days with daily use. The quality is quite good and the only thing that personally troubles me is that they slip when I try to take them out of the case. They are definitely worth the 22€ that they cost. The sound won't blow your mind but... you get what you pay for...
From the positive aspects, it is true what previous reviewers have said. The mobile application is quite good and offers many features such as editing the touch functions of each earphone, equalizer, an indication on the top of the phone for the battery life of the case, and through the application, you can see the battery life of each earphone separately. There is a "gaming" mode and a mode that produces very loud sound from the headphones in case you lose them. In terms of quality, both the case and the headphones seem to be quite good. As for the battery life, I will inform you as soon as I use them for a while because I don't have an opinion right now. Now, as for the negatives, one thing I have noticed is that at very low volume, there is a continuous static noise that is annoying. (It may only be in my case, of course, and may not apply generally to these headphones, but I still have to mention it). Another negative is that their range inside the house is very limited, about 5 to 6 meters. Edit: The battery lasts approximately a week with moderate use.
No more disconnects like a second while listening to music, talking, etc. Perfect sound isolation and comfortable fit in the ear for several hours, and definitely suitable for running. Perfect application in the ears, very good autonomy, very good additional application for sound, you can customize it for many types of music you prefer, quite good and decent sound, very affordable economically but for calls it is bad, it increases all the surrounding sounds of the environment, meaning if it is very windy outside or you are on a busy street, your interlocutor hears you with difficulty or if you are in a noisy work environment and want to talk. For everything else, it is a very good, decent, and affordable choice, especially if you don't care about calls, then get them.
It does not connect to a second device, you have to disconnect the first one, so it does NOT have multi-pairing.
Other QCY18 that I have connect to both laptop and iPhone and transmit music from whichever is playing.
Therefore, the multi-pairing mentioned in the features does not apply based on my experience as a consumer, which I am sharing for the information of other consumers. If this is true and it is not a problem specific to this particular item, then the multi-pairing should be removed from the features, as others like myself might buy it for multi-pairing.
It's a shame because the sound configuration is good.
The noise isolation from the microphone does not work, when I speak on a call all the sounds from my environment are heard, resulting in the person I'm talking to not being able to hear me.
Also, while the music sounds satisfactory, the volume is relatively low during calls.
If anyone knows something related that can fix these issues, please let me know.
Fast forward a few months after the purchase and my first evaluation, and I can say that they are the most value for money headphones I have. The touch control is simple and easy, rich sound performance, and a very good battery. NO ISSUES, GET THEM :)

I have worn them for 20-23 hours and the battery is still full.
They sound good on calls, people tell me. The only thing is that they don't connect automatically when I answer and I have to select the audio output from the phone. Also, I haven't been able to talk through the headphones on messenger calls, I don't know why.
The sound is good. Personally, I wanted it to be a bit louder and mainly more clear and high-quality, but it's okay, it's an exaggeration at this price!
The app helps, you can choose the sound quality according to the type of music you listen to. The signature bass option is a disappointment, it blurs the sound too much in my opinion! It's better to choose something else from the rest.

for 19.90 honest headphones. The negative for me is the excessive bass even when you choose the mode: bass reducer, which bothers a little in the sound quality of the songs.
I also had Anker in the past and I bought them blindly. Unfortunately, while their music quality is very good for their price, I am not satisfied with the call quality. My conversation partner cannot hear me well. They hear me as if I am speaking from a well. If someone wants them mainly for calls, I would not recommend them. For music, they are very good, as well as the app to adjust the sound as you like. As for the battery, I don't have an opinion yet. Connectivity is immediate and fast, no problem.
Update: In the end, the call quality is not so bad. Maybe I happened to be in areas with weak signal. In the last few days, I have been talking without any problem, they hear me perfectly. So, I will give them 4/5 stars
