  A classic game that doesn't have anything new to offer if you have already played it once, however, it is a must-have in every household that enjoys board games.

  Each game with 5 or 6 players lasts at least 1 hour, as it takes at least 20 minutes to buy all the properties. It didn't bore my group of friends because, as you can see in the photos, we had beers, chips, candies next to us, and the conversation was also present at the table.

  The only negative aspect in my case is my couch, not something from the game, as the two kids sitting on it got into a huge fight to the point where they decided to stop the game after about 1 hour and 20 minutes - just about 10 more minutes and we would have had a winner.

  Make sure to follow the rules found on the back of the instruction booklet for a "faster" game because if you don't, you can literally play for days.

  Do I recommend it as a board game? Yes! It's worth it for those 10 times you will play it with a large group and have a good laugh, bring a new person in the group closer, and break the ice, and have a pleasant time.

  Finally, having played Monopoly for the first time when I was 10-12 years old, a wooden square box with drachmas (now a collector's item), I can easily say that it is one of my favorite board games purely for the pleasant memories it left me in my childhood.

  If you have kids or simply want to gather people at home often, get it without a second thought!

  I had been playing since I was very young. I didn't remember anything about the rules. However, the instruction booklet is informative even for us at the age of 40+ who have so much on our minds.
  Certainly, while it can be played with 2 players, it is fun like all board games with 3 players and above.
  I don't remember if the rules are the same as back then, but as they are now, it takes quite a long time to finish a game unless you do what we did, exchange property titles so that everyone has 1 set of colors to start building houses!
  In conclusion, it is a nice way to pass the time, it teaches the basics of the economic system to children (that the Bank never loses), but there are more entertaining board games today (such as detective or trivia games).

  It is a perfect strategy game and requires a lot of thinking. It is the best game in my opinion. I also have the old monopoly with drachmas and it is equally nice but it takes much more time to complete a game because it has too many properties and it is double. That's it.

  The most acceptable board game even for players who have no experience with other board games. It is based on a combination of strategy and luck, as well as a fair amount of bargaining. One of my favorite classic board games, and if players are not stubborn about negotiations and are willing to exchange property titles, then the game progresses at a very fast pace. Also, don't forget that if someone lands on a property and doesn't buy it, then that property automatically goes up for auction, making the game even faster. It is definitely worth its money!

  Monopoly is a board game that was released in the 90s and has undergone thousands of editions until today. For those who don't know, in your turn you roll 2 regular dice and move as many steps as the sum of the 2 dice. In other words, you have no choice, everything is determined by the dice. Also, Monopoly never ends! We all started playing Monopoly one afternoon and we never finished. The game ends when there is only one player left, meaning when the other players lose because they run out of money. The worst thing is to lose from the beginning to the middle of the game because then you have to watch the others play without being able to do anything. The whole game is the same from start to finish. The money you receive from the start never increases, for example. In general, the game doesn't have much depth. There are many other great board games and it's a shame that many people don't know them. Some suggestions: Kingdomino, Sushi Go, Diamant, Railroad Ink, The Mind, Corinth, 7 Wonders Duel, Dinosaur Tea Party, Happy Salmon, Hanamikoji

  We all know Monopoly. I quite like it, but what I like most is that you don't need to explain it to new players because everyone more or less knows it. There are other nice board games, but I believe Monopoly always has its place.
  For this particular one, I chose it because I didn't find any new ones that caught my interest. I didn't want any credit cards or anything. And overall, it is also more economical.

  For someone who has never played a board game in their life, it is definitely a starting point because it is simple in its rules and you feel like you are creating something, as well as it has points where you can be mean to your opponents if you want. But for someone who has been involved in board games for at least 1 year, there are much better options out there as long as they look a little.
