Very decent for its category, especially in 1080p. DLSS + frame generation, very low power consumption (110w) and quiet (didn't see above 1200 rpm)
Very good implementation of the rtx4060. Quality construction and good cooling, thanks to the 2 fans it has.
Now, whether it is worth buying an rtx4060 for 300 euros in 2024, that is another matter. Personally, I believe that the 8gb vram limit the potential of the card. On the other hand, Nvidia claims that dlss3 and frame gen, the software tricks supported by the 4060, are more important factors for the future of the card. In any case, it is a good card for 1080p gaming, but don't expect much in terms of 2k and especially 4k resolutions, especially in modern games.
