With xylitol, there has been quite a positive buzz lately, so I decided to give it a try. As a gum, it's good, with a nice flavor that lasts quite a while. I only give it 3 stars because the amount of xylitol per gum is relatively small. The amount lost during chewing is about 0.6 grams, which includes xylitol, flavor, glycerin, etc. Therefore, we can conclude that the amount of xylitol per gum is less than 0.5 grams. I note that the ingredients do not indicate the quantity of xylitol, so I made these calculations using a precision scale. And here I compare it to a similar product from another company that states the quantity of xylitol in the ingredients, 1 gram. I cannot judge if this gum contributes to all the amazing things attributed to the use of xylitol. However, overall, I recommend it to those who chew gum, at least you know that you are not causing damage to your teeth with the other sweeteners that are usually used.
