The book is the result of a collective effort by specialized scientists and aims to be a reference tool for healthcare professionals working in the field of dementia. The first part includes information about dementia, Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, and the three main cognitive interventions: cognitive empowerment, cognitive education, and cognitive rehabilitation. The second part presents original cognitive exercises related to attention, memory, language, thinking, and executive skills. The exercises are fully adapted to both the Greek reality and culture, as well as the age group they are intended for.
