Well, coming from 5 years with Huawei p30 pro and 1 year with iPhone 13, never had such a problem with the p30 pro. I used to play games, listen to music, message on Instagram, and it never overheated and always charged properly!
Here, the "poor thing played the radio" for 5 hours and it crashed! Simply tragic!!
I bought this phone as a second device because my Huawei broke. Unfortunately, it doesn't even serve that purpose!!

The only thing I have noticed and bothers me is the relatively low volume of the speaker, but even that is not at a non-functional level. Also, be aware if you order a case because the dimensions of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G camera, for which most cases are designed, are different, and cases for the 4G version are limited.
