Description

The Roland RH-5 headphones are aimed at amateur musicians and beginners who need reliable headphones for practice at home or in the studio. They are designed with durable materials and have a comfortable fit on the head, while providing good sound performance on a budget. They have a flat frequency response for sound reproduction without distortion and feature a closed design for sound isolation. The Roland RH-5 is an affordable and reliable tool for beginner musicians looking for headphones to practice and improve their playing technique.

High-quality headphones, ideal for any digital instrument

When your musical creation spans from production in a DAW to performing a range of electronic instruments, keep the RH-5 headphones handy and you'll always be ready to get creative. At a competitive price, this entry-level model from Roland's renowned RH series is an excellent choice, equipped with 40 mm drivers that deliver a dynamic yet balanced sound from digital pianos, guitars, synthesizers, digital drums, and more. Even when the session is over, the RH-5 headphones are ideal for streaming music, with powerful bass and crystal-clear highs.

Closed-back design for comfortable and focused listening

With the RH-5 headphones, you can block out distractions and immerse yourself in the music. The closed-back design means you will never be interrupted by external noises or sound leaks from other instruments, while the lightweight construction of 190 grams prevents fatigue when working late on a demanding mix or a musical piece.

  • From sound almost mediocre, with Guitar Rig and sound card there are many artifacts and a large delay, and it's not the sound card's fault. I tried them on Scarlett too. The same mess. Good bass but after about 2 hours it starts to lower by itself. I definitely wouldn't buy them again. I was forced to get them because the AKG I wanted weren't ready for delivery.

  • Good sound quality, I use them with my amplifier for electric guitar and I am satisfied with the sound result. Besides that, I find that they don't tire at all, even after 10 hours of continuous use.

The build quality is mediocre because after about 2.5 years of use, the black membrane on the ear cushions has completely worn out, leaving even small pieces on the ears. Apart from that, the 3-meter cable length is quite convenient, I must admit.

Excellent performance, long cable, eliminate external noises and do not "tire" after hours of use.

I was very satisfied until both my right and left broke (relatively easily) in one night because I used them for a short time for professional use because I didn't have any others. But I believe that they would have broken sooner or later anyway. I got very annoyed

Personally, I have been using them for 5 years! (3 purchases, because I broke the arm by my own mistake). In combination with the Creativy X-fi Fatal sound card, I inform you that the quality in sound clarity reaches other headphones of the range of 100 & 150 euros!

I use them in a radio station studio! The only drawback is the not absolute isolation of external noise! But in a studio, they are PERFECT!

I recommend them to you.. You will remember me!

They are not worth their money... I believe there are better options, especially if you want powerful sound or for music production on a PC

Very good headphones (for their price) with accurate flat sound. Suitable for use with an electric piano (Casio CDP 130 in my case), with very good dynamic range to accurately hear all notes. As closed-back headphones, they can become tiring after half an hour to an hour of use and you will need to take them off for 2-3 minutes. If you want increased volume, you may need a headphone amplifier, even a portable one. They are comparable to the Sennheiser HD 201 (exceptionally closed-back headphones in the same price range). Comparatively, the Sennheiser headphones were better for listening to (classical) music, but the Roland RH5 headphones were better for practicing on a musical instrument.
