I can't understand why you would create a device that only operates on battery and has a battery life of only 12 minutes, maybe 14 if you're lucky with the small battery and 24 with the large one. It should have the option to be powered by electricity since you can't make the device have a longer battery life. It can't even clean two car seats, let alone a carpet or a couch. I was torn between this one and the se 4001, but I chose this one because I saw some comments saying that if it tips over, the motor burns out and I got scared. It's a shame, I regret it now. I have to buy a large battery now to have a little over half an hour of autonomy and then want two hours of charging.

There is also a corresponding 5Ah battery that lasts twice as long, but it is more expensive in the market. If I had seen it somewhere, I wouldn't have bought it. I would have bought the one with the power supply. The only place I saw the autonomy mentioned was in the product instructions, after I had already purchased it. Also, the chairs I cleaned were very wet and required multiple passes without spraying, just to absorb the water and dry. But the battery wasn't enough. So if you decide to make such a purchase, BUY THE ONE WITH THE CABLE, NOT THE BATTERY. On the positive side, it cleans very well and is effective, but you are always anxious about the battery running out
