Dr. Zucker is a psychopath leading a double life. In the morning, he performs the most complex ophthalmological surgeries. At night, however, he turns to more unique patients: women, from whom he removes their eyelids, rapes them, and lets them escape.
As the police have no eyewitnesses or other evidence, they seek the help of Alina Gregoriev. The blind physiotherapist, who is considered a medium after her collaboration in the Eye Collector case, is called upon to provide them with clues about Zucker's next "patient."
