The difference with a corresponding non-heat exchanger tank lies in the fact that it can store and supply hot water while the non-heat exchanger tank is only for heating. It is usually connected in series with any type of boiler or even with open loop solar collectors, in order to store the heat produced and operate for many hours, even with the burner off. Optionally accepts electric resistance, as there is a corresponding waiting. So it gives you another alternative energy source so that you have another heating option for water.

The water storage tank has an internal enamel coating, which is the result of applying enamel (glass) on metal. This results in protection against rust, as the water does not come into contact with the walls, ensuring always clean water.
