This is the bottle with 360 mini tablets. They are quite small and round, the instructions say 3 tablets twice a day, so 6 in total. I will come back if and when I see results.

The pills are big.
The dosage is 1 pill 3 times a day. Not 6 pills a day.
Don't be fooled by the quantity of 360 pills, the dosage is 6...pills per day, better packaging with [150 they say] 120 is and cost-effective price.
I bought this product due to a health issue that affects the joints. I had severe pain in my knees (and other joints), which significantly reduced after using the product for 2 weeks. Of course, it is not a cure, but it does work (indeed) as a helpful aid.
I think it is the best supplement for joints. I have been taking it for years and I have seen the difference. Excellent and I recommend it.
