It seems insignificant and possibly not of good quality until you press a nail.
It does the job it promises.
An important tip from personal experience: after removing the nail and starting to open the hole with the first handle (screw-like), leave it on the tire while preparing the patch with the second handle (which looks like the head of a sewing needle) so that all the air does not escape from the tire until you inflate it again.
Once it is placed, it keeps the point of penetration sealed.
