Description

When Percy Jackson discovered that he was a demigod, son of Poseidon and a mortal, his life changed forever. With his companions, Annabeth and Grover, he completed risky missions: he found out who had stolen Zeus's lightning bolt, brought the Golden Fleece to Camp Half-Blood, freed the captive goddess Artemis, and determined the outcome of the great Battle of the Labyrinth.
But now the time of judgment has come...

"I'm telling you this to avoid any misunderstanding:
I didn't want to be a demigod.
If you're reading this book just because you think you might be one too,
then here's my advice:
close the book immediately!
Don't say I didn't warn you.
My name is Percy Jackson..."

The time for the final showdown has come. All year, the demigods have been preparing to clash, alongside the Olympians, with the formidable forces of Kronos and the Titans, in a battle that seems uneven. While the Olympians struggle to hold back the destructive Typhon, Kronos begins his advance with the aim of reaching Olympus, which is essentially unguarded. During this epic battle, many secrets will unfold, such as the terrifying prophecy linked to Percy’s sixteenth birthday. And a key role will be played by the unseen Last Olympian, or perhaps the last goddess of Olympus...

Percy Jackson and his demigod companions fight against the Lord of Time to save Olympus and the world. They must win. Will they succeed?

Reviews

  • This series transported me to a completely different world, or rather, a magical one! I went on many adventures (meaning the magical, fantastical pages) and felt like I was the hero! I would recommend you to get this series because, in a few words, I would describe it as indescribably fantastic, exceptional, magical, and perfect in my opinion!

Having read all the books in the Percy Jackson series last year, I must say that I was not impressed with the series. Many things can be guessed pages before. Rick Riordan tried to create a series similar to Harry Potter, but he doesn't succeed. The fourth book in the series tries to create something, but only goes so far. The fifth book doesn't touch the reader. Personally, I forgot about it in a week. The only reason to read it is to be able to then read the decent book, "The Heroes of Olympus," the sequel to Percy Jackson.
