I bought it on 18/7, received it on 21/7. From 11/8 (just 21 days later), the phone stopped working, it doesn't charge. I'm searching for another device during my vacation to do the basics (e-banking, etc.). UNACCEPTABLE
Awful mobile phone. Its problem is the unbelievably weak processor, which can't even handle basic internet browsing. We're not talking about multitasking, it simply doesn't perform them!
I had written a review back in November 23 when I got it. So I will give my opinion after almost 9 months. The phone is worth the 132 euros I got it for (and now it's somewhere around there) but I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice. With 80-100 euros you can get something better, especially if it's a Samsung. The battery is very good, and it charges relatively fast. But the phone freezes several times, especially when exiting a game, or when it's on auto rotate. Something that after a while, becomes extremely annoying. The camera is also not the best, as the zoom is terrible, but it's a decent camera for a cheap phone. However, I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice, although it may work differently for everyone, as I see in the reviews
It has a very good signal and relatively good battery, but it freezes incredibly with 4-5 applications! The screen freezes in a very annoying spot.
The worst mobile phone I have ever bought. In the 6th month, I couldn't hear or be heard, and even though I took it to the warranty to fix it, they did nothing. In the 8th month, it shut down and never turned back on.
The mobile is vfm! It is fast, has clean software, good camera, and very good microphone! The negatives are the unacceptable design of Samsung with very large bezels as if it is a mobile from 2018 and also a touch problem. If the mobile stays without touching it for a few seconds, then it does not respond, I have to exit and re-enter the application. Hopefully, the problem will be solved in a future upgrade.
It is the worst phone I have ever bought for this money, because I bought it for 230 at the beginning when it came out. It is slow and was slow in most of its actions from the beginning, rarely applying them immediately, usually waiting up to a minute, it was freezing from the beginning and now after 1 year with more applications it is worse. Also, you can't hear when you talk, you have to shout, the touch is terrible and the fingerprint never works on the first try. The only thing I liked from the beginning is the screen resolution, not the camera though. I had never bought a Samsung before and I won't again.
Just after four months, it started showing its flaws, it would freeze and the camera was terrible, the only good thing about it is the call quality!
The worst mobile phone I have ever bought in my life. Its processor is terrible, it freezes from the first day I got it. Its upgrades definitely take a 10-minute to complete and overall if you want to talk with audio or video call you have to shout otherwise you can't be heard. The worst, better to burn your money or get one with buttons
Within a year it sticks like an electric weld, I got disappointed with Samsung, really all my years I was getting Samsung, I got this thing, I have never seen so many glitches
Very good for the money I got it, it doesn't take perfect photos nor is it super fast, but at least it doesn't freeze, it comes without a charger and that's a cheap option from Samsung
This was intended for my 80year old mother so i was looking for a decent value for money phone. The seller was very quick
They gave it to me at work and it is used for calls, browsing, and messaging through Viber and WhatsApp. However, it has its moods. Sometimes an application will open as expected for what you have paid for, and other times - unfortunately most of the time - it takes up to a minute. Unacceptable for a phone that is not loaded with apps. The quality of the photos is average, but good for its category. The quality of the calls is below average, not acceptable for a company that sells a branded product. Overall, it is not worth anything more than the name on the back.
Well, I've had this phone for about a month and I would say it's not what I expected from a Samsung. It freezes from the beginning and takes a few seconds to open an application. I didn't expect it to be like this. That's why I give it three stars. I wouldn't prefer it again. And I definitely wouldn't recommend it. That's it.
I have it for a month now and I have no words. It is very decent for its price. This specific model performs well, especially when it comes to running smoothly. One secret that not many people know is that it works perfectly with a memory card (I mention this because not everyone has money for cloud services). The phone runs smoothly even with the memory card inserted. It easily fits in the mid-range devices category in the market. It takes perfect photos and videos, and it has a great screen. It does exactly what it describes, with a simple and beautiful menu. I must mention the battery, which adapts according to your usage. It easily lasts for a day, and even when it reaches 15%, it can still last for another day without even touching it, just for basic use. I'm not exaggerating, I tested it. It is by far the best in its category. And I want to emphasize again, if you have a memory card inside the phone, avoid all the new phones because they all have issues with memory cards. This one works flawlessly and smoothly, even with two games like Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links and Pokemon Go. Don't expect it to handle heavy games like Call of Duty or Master Duel, it struggles with those, and rightfully so. (Some additional things because some people criticize it unfairly, even though it does what it claims. Yes, it has some software bugs in the camera, but those can be fixed with updates. It may write some confusing things, but it works perfectly fine. It only struggles if you don't know how to handle it. To avoid any issues, the device asks you to do certain things to optimize its performance. That's just how the device is, so do those things before judging it.) Otherwise, watch some reviews before buying something.
I bought the mobile phone for 160 euros, I didn't expect much as I had seen its features, nevertheless it is only good for taking mediocre photos + videos and as for games, you can't play anything for more than 15-30 minutes depending on the temperature as the processor heats up very quickly and as a result, it freezes all the time. The quality + sound is very poor as it is excessively low even at full volume. It freezes all the time regardless of whether you do something or not, and the response is very slow when you open it, either with a fingerprint or with a PIN/code. Personally, I recommend giving a little more money and going with the A34, it's worth it.

The mobile phone does not satisfy me at all, firstly the photos it takes are terrible, the sound is quite low and the screen freezes most of the time. It does not respond with the first touch, which is something that bothered me from the beginning. I believe that it is too expensive for such a device, it is not worth it at all. With an extra 20€, someone can get something more reliable
I have had this mobile phone for about two months and I can say that it is worth its money. Before this, I had a Xiaomi which frustrated me because of its bad software. I am satisfied and I highly recommend it
Samsung=South Korean origin. Xiaomi=Chinese. This says it all. Flawless photos and videos, high quality, ergonomic, durable. I found my happiness. Model 2023 with NFC (Near Field Communication), meaning financial transactions can be made with a card or the device itself when it comes into contact with the POS. I can't understand why I should pay over 150 euros for a smartphone. It has a very smart keyboard for messages and Messenger. Its battery is huge. With heavy usage, it lasts 2 days, as it is 5,000mAh (I also have the brightness turned up to the maximum for preference). In a company with 24 years of experience in electronics and household appliances, and 13 years in phones. I have set the exorcist for the ringtone. Overall, it is very user-friendly and easy. The music plays crystal clear.
After 3 weeks of use, I conclude that this is a very good value-for-money smartphone for entry-level. It was purchased for 135 euros. I cannot compare it to mid-level models as I have no point of reference. I compare it to my previous Galaxy, an A21s.
The screen is excellent for its category. I expected the processor to be somewhat faster, although it is not slow.
The main speaker is not satisfactorily powerful. The speaker is just okay.
The connection, wifi, and bluetooth work perfectly.
On the positive side, it will receive the Android 14 - UI 6 update in 2-3 months.
The lack of an FM radio is annoying.
I will update if I notice anything else significant.
UPDATE 28/1: The upgrade to Android 14 (One UI 6.0) has arrived.
It constantly freezes and doesn't recognize fingerprint, I have to enter all the codes from the beginning. It's a waste of money for me, considering I paid over 200 euros for it, while currently it is being sold for 150
For its price, it is an excellent choice. Especially for a middle-aged person who is not so tech-savvy.
Quite a good phone for its price, it can play games like Genshin Impact on medium graphics, but I would highly recommend the 5G version as it has a better CPU, etc

Rating 10/10 because for 132€, it is simply perfect. I got it for my father in black, Samsung Galaxy A14 4G - 4GB/64GB, it is perfect for him and because he had bought the Samsung Galaxy A20e in 6/2020, he wanted another Samsung again!
We ordered it and received it in less than 24 hours, total cost 132€ for home delivery.
For its price, it is a reliable phone with good quality materials, a phone that will easily last a retiree for 3 years and fully meet their needs!

For its price, it is very good, but I expected much more from Samsung. I had previously bought the Samsung Galaxy J5, which was a great phone, the only problem for me was the storage as it only had 16GB. After 3 years of having a Huawei, I decided to get this phone... I will say it again, I had high expectations, but the truth is that the battery doesn't last (it's not a phone you would take for a day trip, for example, while wanting to take photos of landscapes, etc.). As soon as I opened it, it started freezing. I tried to restart it but nothing. This particular phone still freezes even when it's locked and you try to take a photo. The speaker is very low, and you can barely hear through the earpiece. Not good at all. Also, if you want to restart it, keep in mind that it takes about 15 minutes. By far, the worst thing Samsung has released.
I have it here for 5 days and of course it works perfectly. The screen resolution is excellent. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a charging plug and it's quite difficult to find a charger that fits the phone. The camera is not the best either. But it's worth its money
A good phone for its price
Very good for its price. If it had a better battery and camera for photos, it would be perfect. Satisfactory speed without lagging.
