Description

The Kingston FURY Renegade Pro DDR5 RDIMM is primarily aimed at professional users and companies that require high performance and reliability in their systems, such as in the fields of gaming, rendering, scientific data analysis, and server computing.

DDR5 memory is the new generation of RAM memory and provides increased speed, capacity, and energy efficiency compared to previous generations of RAM memory. RDIMM memory, in particular, provides additional capabilities such as ECC (Error Correction Code) support and the ability to communicate with the processor in quad-channel mode, making them ideal for professional environments.

DDR5

DDR5 is the fifth generation of RAM memory technology for computers. It replaces DDR4 and offers increased speeds and capacity.

It offers operating speeds from 3200MT/s to 12600MT/s, response time (CAS Latency) from CL 28 to CL 48, while its capacity has increased up to 64GB per memory unit.

For speed (MT/s) and capacity (GB), the larger the size we choose, the better performance we will have in our system, while for response time (CL), we want the smallest size for the speed (MT/s) we have chosen.

The above characteristics should be compatible with our motherboard specifications.

The Kingston Fury Renegade Pro DDR5 provides a speed of 6000MT/s, with CL32 and 16GB per memory unit.

Compatibility

The DDR5 technology is compatible with specific motherboards and processors. Specifically, DDR5 is compatible with the Alder Lake, Raptor Lake, and the latest Intel processors, as well as the AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors.

However, for compatibility with your motherboard, you need to ensure that your motherboard supports DDR5 technology from the manufacturer. Compatibility depends on the processor platform and the type of motherboard you are using.

Increased efficiency

Meet the requirements of the latest programs and applications with improved performance and lower latency.

XMP & EXPO

The XMP & EXPO is a technology that allows us to increase the frequency and performance of our computer's memory, without the need for manual settings. The (XMP/EXPO) is easily activated from the BIOS, is available in certain RAM memories, and is supported by certain motherboards.

The Kingston Fury Renegade Pro DDR5 has XMP 3.0 profiles with the following specifications:

  • Speed (XMP 3.0): 6000 MT/s
  • CAS Latency (XMP 3.0): 32-38-38
  • Voltage (XMP 3.0): 1.35V
