  • The first book I read by Mando Makka and I didn't expect anything less than a unique personality, an airy one as I would say, with a permanent smile. Her writing is unique and her words hit the emotion. The term "agkousa," which means difficulty in breathing, is directly related to the stories that exist in the content of the book. Everyday stories that take your breath away. What I liked is also the distinct titles, only Mando could have seen it. On a trip from Thessaloniki to Athens, it kept me company and made me reflect on the many emotions I felt and experienced.
