I have had the Watt Maxima® for about 2 months and have used it on over 100 bags. Before, I had vacuum devices worth about 100 euros and I was not satisfied with their performance and frequent malfunctions. Sometimes I need to seal 15-20 bags at a time, so I needed a decent machine. With the Maxima®, I haven't encountered any of the problems I had with previous devices. After researching it in store displays and dealerships, it does everything that machines with double the price do. Everything is automated. There are indicators even for where you want to seal the bag.
Its sealing is double, with 2 parallel rows, but with the same width as more expensive machines (which seal with a wide line). There is a visual and auditory indication that informs you when the suction and sealing process is complete.
Now, during the hot weather, the fan is activated for about 10 bags when it comes to suction, while for simple bag sealing, it activates every 3-4 seals. It takes about 3-4 minutes for the fan to stop working. As for the seals, I haven't encountered any problems, although I make sure to prepare my bags the previous day and fill them the next day before completing the suction and sealing process.
What I noticed is the intense movement in the bags, once they are sealed. With their unstable placement, they can hit various points and create small holes from which air can enter. Since I started paying attention to how I leave my bags, I haven't experienced similar inflation in my bags. It requires attention and further investigation. Personally, I haven't yet decided on a bag brand.
The machine makes noise. It's not for midday when "everyone is sleeping and I want to do a little work." But it is professional. However, it does not have any additional accessories. For example, if you want to suction liquids, you will have to purchase the additional accessories. Finally, the instructions are only in English, so I had to copy and paste them into the Google translator to understand exactly what it meant and what to do.
As I mentioned before, I have had it for almost 2 months and so far I am very satisfied. If any problems arise, I will come back. I highly recommend it even to those who go beyond the level of a simple hobbyist.
