Purchased on sale for 75€. The cooking surface is non-stick and large. Easy to use. Cooks evenly. It takes a little trial and error to find the right setting for each type of meat. Pork mince and others are very easy. I struggled a bit with chicken but it's a matter of trial and error. Cooks perfectly without oil. Quickly reaches temperature. I recommend it

It fits a lot of food, you can cook with or without oil and it doesn't stick, delicious food and cleaning is so easy, just wipe it with kitchen paper, no sponge or scrubbing needed.
Because it is flat, you can cook everything, mushrooms, sunny-side-up eggs/omelettes, vegetables and of course fish, meat, chicken, even cold fried potatoes can be placed on top and eaten again perfectly.

The only disadvantage is that because it doesn't have a lid, you will need to clean the surrounding surfaces from the oil that will splatter, although nothing tragic.
It has an indicator in the center that changes color to indicate if it has reached temperature and it doesn't take long to heat up, 5 minutes.
We will see in a year if the non-stick surface holds up, of course metallic utensils are prohibited on this surface.
