Although it has been provided to me at work for very specific reasons and most of its applications are locked, I will tell you the following.
It is a very quality machine that has Windows operating system and the environment is similar.
I don't think it's for gaming as there is not much support behind it.
It fits very well on the head and is relatively light. The battery lasts a full 3 hours and if you have, like me, a power bank, with a USB-C cable you can put it in your pocket and it gives you autonomy as big as the power bank. It charges quite fast.
The screen resolution is not the best but not the worst either. Definitely better than the Meta Quest 2.
It is very responsive and does not have many glitches in its use.
The screen is clear in a dark environment but a little difficult outdoors.
At work, I use it to digitally control twins and for inspections. It works with Teams and OneDrive, and in general it is open source, resulting in plenty of room for creation for someone who is knowledgeable about the subject.

There are certainly better options but it is not bad. Now, whether it is worth the 4-5 thousand that it costs, I would say probably yes because beyond the hardware, which is not the top in its category, in terms of software it is very good.
