The Steel Carbon by Acerbis is a motocross helmet, which is only suitable for off-road driving, on dirt. It is made of carbon, a durable and lightweight material with relatively high cost, mainly used in helmets specifically for racing. It fastens with a double d ring, also known as a ring. It is the safest and most reliable fastening, but it requires both hands to tie. The helmet has the new European safety certification "ECE 22.06", which ensures that the helmet is tested at 18 impact control points instead of 6 as before.
