I have been using it for 1.5 years at
- core voltage 1020mv,
- 60 fan curve,
- 2700mhz vram,
- 10% pl,
It operates at 68 degrees in AAA titles.
My case is the BEQUIET 900 rev.2.0 and I have 6 fans for airflow.
The drivers have improved a lot compared to 3-4 years ago!
The new generation of RDNA3 shows stability and continuous maturation.
Value for money. Overkill in general. Now the only problem is the drivers, where one version works well and everything runs smoothly, but in the next version something goes wrong and the driver crashes. The solution for me so far has been a slight underclock with MSI Afterburner. Not crazy things, just 100 down. It hasn't crashed since then. I have it with 7800x3d, 64g ram, 6000hz 30cl. The machine flies. In competitive FPS, it reaches 400-500fps when others get 200-300. I have had it for almost 1 year so far and haven't encountered any other issues besides the drivers, but AMD is known for its driver issues.
The card is simply a beast. It can handle everything on ultra ultra + and of course 4K. 10000% value for money.
Update: paired it with a 5800x3d on an x570 motherboard. The results are simply magical.
The drivers still need work, but the card is unstoppable. Good implementation, without the problems of the vapor chamber in reference cards. It pulls 400 Watts at full load, so watch out for your PSU (850+).
From temperatures of max 85 at the junction and about 68 stable in overclock mode with AMD's default settings.
The card doesn't notice... I have everything maxed out at 4K and it plays with higher fps than I had with the 1080 at 2K. It's expensive but it's on another level!
The rtx 3090 is worth it more but relatively very good for gaming, etc.
